Ingredients: 100% Organic Red Egyptian Hibiscus Flowers (Hibiscus sabdariffa).

Directions: Add 1 teaspoon (approx. 2g) of Organic Hibiscus Flower Tea to a cup. Pour over boiling water (100°C). Steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain and enjoy hot, or chill for a refreshing iced tea.
