Q. What is the Shelf life?

A. Most our foods have an average of 24months shelf life from the date of manufacture. Our 100% Modified Citrus Pectin can vary from 13 months to under 12months.

Q. Are there any Preservatives?

A. Yes, only if we have to. 

Q. I am Coeliac, Can I consume your product?"

A. Our products are made with Australian organic wheat grass, barley grass and alfalfa grass, although they don't contain gluten there could be seeds remaining in the product after harvesting. 

Q. Can I use your product as a probiotic?

A. Yes, Our MCP DTX Fibre contains 1 billion beneficial gut bacteria per serving, which help to re-establish the microbiome. 

Q. Are Your Ingredients Certified Organic?

A. Our Grasses are Australian Grown Certified Organic, not in a hydroponic tray. This means that the valuable minerals and nutrients are there in the soil. We have some ingredients that are not certified organic, but feel they are the best in the world and are clean. 

Q. Are your products Australian made?

A. Our products are made in Australia with some being packed from imported ingredients. We choose to use Aussie Grown Ingredients where possible. Some ingredients are imported and packed in Australia or blended into our formulas. Please see the labels for more information and percentage of country of origin. 

Q. Do you use GMO ingredients?

A. Uh uh ah, now way.

A. Our goal  is to get your order to you  as fast as possible. We aim to ship all orders the within 1 business day of receiving the order. We believe in sending goods as fast as possible, that's why we Express Ship all orders via courier or Post. Read more

Q. Do You Use Plastic Shipping Materials?

A. We use biodegradable shipping materials, eg locally made cardboard boxes, locally made peanuts (biofill -  which is made from potato starch and dissolves in water) and reinforced paper packing tape, paper fragile tape. We may reuse packaging materials that come into our business but we do not buy plastic shipping materials.

Q. Do You Use Plastic Containers?

A. Our aim has been to reduce and replace plastics in our business with glass. We do use plastic containers that are recyclable as well as amber glass. We use amber glass for all Castor Oil products and The Broccoli Sprout Powder.
