Dandelion grows throughout the world as a weed and has a long history of medicinal use; the roasted root is used as a coffee substitute. Dandelion root has been used in herbal medicine and as a tea throughout the ages.

Directions:

• Use one teaspoonful (2g) of tea with 1 cup (250ml) of boiling water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
• Strain and enjoy. Drink 2 to 3 cups daily or as needed.
