Directions

• Apply 1 to 2 teaspoons of castor oil onto the cotton section of the patch.
• Position it on the right side of your abdomen, just below the ribs.
• Leave the patch on for at least 3 hours, or preferably overnight for enhanced benefits.
• Dispose of the patch after use.
