How to Use & Clean Your Castor Oil Pack
HOW TO USE YOUR CASTOR OIL PACK
Apply the castor oil to the cotton flannel side only.
For the first use apply about 4-5 tablespoons of Grasses of Life Fair Trade Organic Castor Oil to the centre of the pack.
Be careful not to use too much castor oil or it may leak. Also caution when adding more organic castor oil to your castor oil pack after each use. Adding to much will cause it to leak.
I like to keep away from the top and bottom edges to avoid leakage.
How Often Should I Use a Castor Oil Pack? We suggest 2-3x per week.
Place 1-2 old towels on your bed if you intend to sleep with the castor oil pack on.
