HOW TO USE MY CASTOR OIL PACK

We get asked all the time, how to use a castor oil pack.

• Apply the castor oil to the cotton flannel side only.
• For the first use apply about 4-5 tablespoons of grasses of life fair trade organic castor oil to the centre of the pack.
• Be careful not to use too much castor oil or it can leak our of the bottom.
• I like to keep away from the top and bottom edges to avoid leakage.
• How Often Should I Use a Castor Oil Pack - we suggest 2-3x per week.
• Use caution when adding more organic castor oil to your castor oil pack after each use. Adding to much will cause it to leak. 
• Place 1-2 old towels on your bed if you intend to sleep with the castor oil pack on. Do not place too much oil on the castor oil pad, it may leak.
