We get asked all the time, how to use a castor oil pack.
Apply the castor oil to the cotton flannel side only.
Apply about 4-5 tablespoons of grasses of life fair trade organic castor oil to the centre of the pack.
Be careful not to use too much castor oil or it can leak our of the bottom.
I like to keep away from the top and bottom edges to avoid leakage.
How Often Should I Use a Castor Oil Pack – we suggest 2-3x per week.
