How we Ship your super foods

Our Shipping Policy

Our Policy is to ship your order the next business day from receiving your order. 

• We will firstly choose a priority courier services like Australia Post, Aramex (Fastways) or Team Global Express or Startrack. (depending on your address) .
• If you have selected Express Post we will in most cases send your order via Australia Post. If your order needs to be sent via road we will automatically choose a courier service mentioned above. (this is usually selected for overweight or heavy items). 
• Express is typically sent the same day where possible and our daily cut off for same day shipping is 1pm. Express order placed on Friday will not arrive until the following week. 
  
• If we can't use a courier service for your nominated address we'll use Regular Post or Express Post (if you have selected this option) for your order.  eg: P.O. Boxes - Excludes Bulk Clay Shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• If there is an excessive or unreasonable shipping charge (over $40), from our freight forwarders we reserve the right to charge any additional freight costs. We will notify you either by phone or email to arrange payment. We may also charge additional freight whereby the weight of your order exceeds 20kg for Australia Post and 25kg for our couriers.
  
• If you're local you can collect from our Sunshine Coast warehouse. (This is by appointment only).

Shipping Pricing

We have implemented a "Flat Rate" Shipping policy of $17.95 (express post/courier) and $12.95 (standard post/courier) per order under $150.00 to cover orders sent all over Australia. Due to nature of our products with varying weights we chose a flat rate policy that would cover all of Australia. We also offer "Free Shipping" on all orders over $149.00.
