I have found the easiest way to remove the cap to refill your roll is with a pair of multi grip pliers. (watch the video)

Be sure that the bottle is empty and keep it upright to avoid mess dropping onto the floor bench.  Next refill with the Grasses of Life premium certified organic castor oil.
