We get asked all the time, how to use a castor oil pack.
- Apply the castor oil to the cotton flannel side only.
- Apply about 4-5 tablespoons of grasses of life fair trade organic castor oil to the centre of the pack.
- Be careful not to use too much castor oil or it can leak our of the bottom.
- I like to keep away from the top and bottom edges to avoid leakage.
- How Often Should I Use a Castor Oil Pack - we suggest 2-3x per week.
